About the role
Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, you simply show up, run the process, and close. Appointments average 10-12 per week, all pre-qualified with strong close rates. Training is paid and conducted in Charlotte, NC, with ongoing coaching and a fast-installation team. Expect 8–12 in-home appointments weekly and uncapped commission with weekly draws.
