About the role

An architecture firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Graphics Coordinator to join their team. This role will support firmwide graphic design and branding initiatives, including presentation standards, project templates, and marketing materials. Ideal candidates will have approximately 1+ year of professional experience. Hybrid schedule 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Salary: $60-70kResponsibilities:
Ensure graphic consistency and high-quality design across marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate on awards submissions and update templates and graphic standards. Design and produce print and digital collateral such as books, proposals, and presentations. Support social media initiatives with layouts and graphics. Photograph office events for social media and maintain visual asset databases. Collaborate with teams to address graphic needs and design challenges. Interface with individuals at all organizational levels, including partners. Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing materials and templates.
Requirements: Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional setting; prior in-house experience preferred. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools is essential. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality to engage with diverse teams. Experience with social media graphics and layouts is beneficial.
