About the role

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a Rental & Demo Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Rental & Demo department. You will oversee up to 30 employees and coordinate with Ski Storage and Tune & Repair to ensure smooth guest service and high performance. This seasonal role offers opportunities for growth within resort operations during summer. Strong leadership, operations focus, and guest service are essential to succeed in this role.
