- Assist patients with prescription, medication access, and fulfillment needs
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patient assistance programs
- Coordinate prescription approvals and follow cases through resolution
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining HIPAA and privacy compliance
- Accurately document interactions using pharmacy systems, Salesforce/CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Word LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
- Current, active Pharmacy Technician license/registration as required by the applicable state
- Current CPhT, PTCB, or ExCPT certificationCLINICAL SKILL SET
- Prescription and medication support
- Medication access and fulfillment coordination
- Patient and healthcare provider communication
- HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Pharmacy systems and Salesforce/CRM
- High-volume phone and computer-based case managementPREFERRED SKILLS
- CVS, Walgreens, Specialty Pharmacy, retail, or mail-order pharmacy experience
- Prescription benefits or patient assistance program experience
- Experience communicating directly with patients and healthcare providers
