What You’ll Do:
Lead the Team– Set the tone for a fun, efficient, and guest-focused shift.
Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality– Interact with guests and teammates using ‘ Tropitude ’—our unique brand ofenergy and positivity.
Keep Things Running Smoothly– Open and close the café, ensure each workstation is stocked and clean, and oversee daily operations.
Train & Coach Team Members– Lead by example and help new hires master their roles.
Ensure Quality & Speed– Make sure smoothies and food are prepared quickly and tobrand standards.
Monitor Inventory & Orders– Help track and stock supplies to keep the café running smoothly.
Maintain Safety & Sanitation Standards– Ensure compliance with health regulations and café policies.
Assist with Scheduling & Reports– Work with management to assign shifts and track performance.
Problem-Solve on the Spot– Handle guest concerns, resolve team issues, and keep service running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous leadership experience(shift lead, crew leader, or similar role) preferred.
Strong communication & teamwork skills —You’re a natural motivator!
Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Comfortable handling cash, operating registers, and managing orders.
Must be at least 18 years oldand able to work flexible shifts (including weekends).
