About the role
The North Face is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser for Women's Apparel and Performance to lead the category strategy, align with regional teams, and drive consumer-relevant assortments that reflect our brand vision. You will collaborate with Global and Regional teams to optimize line plans and deliver profitable growth. You will guide a team through seasonal milestones, leverage market insights, and influence cross-functional partners while staying focused on brand leadership and product excellence.
