Duration: 3-6 months contract (possibly longer) Rate Range: $21.00/hr W2 Shift: 1st shift
Passing a visual acuity exam is required prior to start day. J STD 001 solder certified is preferred. Passing a visual acuity exam is required. Ability to identify electronic components (through hole and SMT) Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and PCB assembly processes Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes Ability to follow IPC or J STD 001 standards (often required or preferred) Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and technical documents Attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks Problem solving ability and good communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Reliable attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
