The Francesangelo Agency @ State Farm is looking for a smart, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. We have two established State Farm offices (border of Strongsville & Middleburg Hts and Independence, OH) and are looking for someone who wants more than just a job answering phones—we want someone interested in learning the business, building relationships with customers, and becoming an important part of our agency.
What You’ll Do:
  • Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, and everyday insurance needs
  • Take ownership of customer issues and work toward resolution
  • Explain coverage and help customers understand their insurance
  • Identify additional ways we can protect customers and their families
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow through on outstanding items
  • Work with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Who We’re Looking ForInsurance experience is helpful, but the right person matters more to us than insurance experience. We’re looking for someone who:

What We Offer:
  • $40,000–$65,000 based on experience and performance
  • Commission and Bonus opportunities
