About the Role: Mini-Hops Gymnastics is seeking an experienced and passionate coach to join our competitive girls’ team program. This position primarily focuses on the development and training of athletes in: Developmental Program - Optional Levels 7–10. Upper-level Xcel (Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire). Advanced Spotting Ability Required. We are specifically seeking a coach with: Strong upper-level spotting skills and confidence safely spotting advanced gymnastics skills. Experience coaching optional-level athletes and advanced skill progressions. Extensive technical knowledge on bars, beam, floor, and vault. A strong understanding of athlete development, safety, and progression-based training. The ideal candidate is: Confident coaching and spotting advanced skills independently. Passionate about helping athletes reach high-level goals. Positive, professional, and dependable. Collaborative and team-oriented. A strong role model both inside and outside the gym.
About Us: Mini-Hops is a non-profit gymnastics organization located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. Our state-of-the-art 48,000 sq. ft. facility is home to over 1,600 athletes across recreational, team, and academic preschool programs. Our girls’ pre-competitive, DP, and Xcel teams are 175 athletes strong, ages 5–18, and continuing to grow. We respond via email to all applicants.
