About the role
- Territory Expansion — Build out a new division/territory within the Clinical Research space; identify high‑value markets and strategic entry points.
- Business Development — Prospect, pitch, and secure new client partnerships across pharma, biotech, medical device, research sites, sponsors, and CROs.
- Client Relationship Management — Manage and grow long‑term client accounts; serve as a consultative partner on hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Requisition Ownership — Drive fulfillment by partnering with internal recruiters or managing requisitions end‑to‑end depending on desk structure.
- Market Intelligence — Track hiring trends, competitive activity, and industry shifts to position Green Key strategically within the Clinical Research ecosystem.
- Pipeline Strategy — Ensure consistent activity, proactive outreach, and strong client engagement to support sustained revenue growth.
- High‑Touch Client Experience — Deliver a polished, consultative, relationship‑driven experience to every client interaction.

- What You Bring3–6+ years in business development, full‑desk recruiting, or client acquisition within clinical research, pharma, biotech, or medical device
- Proven success building or expanding a territory, vertical, or book of business
- Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, and research site workflows
- Prior staffing agency experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships, drive BD activity, and maintain consistent weekly performance metrics
