About the role
- Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatment flow
- Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment
- Apply hot/cold therapy and basic modalities
- Help guide patients through exercise programs
- Support front desk operations including:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning paperwork
- Collecting patient forms
- Assist with force plate testing and performance programs
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Energetic, dependable, and coachable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Interested in orthopedics, sports rehab, strength & conditioning, or PT school
