UPMC Primary Care is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join Hickory Internal Medicine in Hermitage, PA. In this full-time outpatient role, clinicians provide patient-centered care with dedicated administrative time and light home-based call. Practice Info A single-site outpatient only practice located in the UPMC Hermitage Outpatient Center with several other primary care practices 36 hours of patient facing time Mon-Fri with 4 hours of administrative time per week Light call schedule taken from home No inpatient call Easy referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists and UPMC’s network of specialists A team of administrative professionals handles practice operations Compensation Base salary compensation with the opportunity to earn additional incentives, including a quality-based Value Incentive Plan, and panel incentive Early Recruitment Incentive for current residents Sign-on bonus Competitive Compensation package with the opportunity to earn additional incentives

Requirements: Medical Degree (MD/DO) Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program Completion Board-certified in Internal Medicine (or board-eligible for residency new graduates) Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain) DEA Certification A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential Accepts H1B Visas
