About the role

Location: Must be located within the Central United States We are seeking an experienced client services leader to manage and grow a portfolio of established enterprise accounts for an international technology services company. This is a delivery-led account leadership role, not a traditional sales position. You will take ownership of complex consulting engagements, strengthen senior client relationships, lead delivery teams, and expand accounts by consistently delivering strong outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Own the successful delivery and commercial performance of enterprise technology engagements. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives. Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across complex, multi-workstream programmes. Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities for follow-on work. Manage SOWs, forecasting, resourcing, procurement, margins, and account financials. Connect technical delivery teams with senior business decision-makers. Operate with significant autonomy and contribute to wider North American growth.
Candidate Profile: 8+ years' experience in technology consulting or professional services. Strong delivery background, including leading projects, programmes, and client-facing teams. Demonstrated success growing accounts through delivery excellence and trusted relationships. Broad exposure to areas such as cloud, data, software engineering, integrations, automation, and application modernisation. Experience managing complex enterprise engagements with multiple stakeholders and workstreams. Commercial fluency, including account P&L, SOWs, forecasting, and delivery margins. Credibility with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Experience with AI, automation, cloud platforms, digital transformation, or high-growth technology services businesses would be advantageous.
The Opportunity: This role offers ownership of an existing client portfolio, direct access to senior leadership, and the autonomy to operate it as a business. The organisation has a remote-first, entrepreneurial culture with minimal hierarchy and a long-term growth strategy. Compensation includes a strong base salary and uncapped profit participation linked to portfolio performance, creating substantial earning potential for someone who can successfully develop the accounts. Occasional travel to client locations and leadership meetings will be required. All applications will be handled confidentially.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
