About the role

Key Bank's Native American Financial Services Group (NAFS) seeks a Portfolio Manager to oversee the NAFS tribal client portfolio, including underwriting loans and credit products, covenant compliance, and ongoing credit monitoring. You will work with legal teams and CFOs to structure and monitor transactions, including syndicated deals as Administrative Agent or Lender. The VP, Portfolio Management will prepare underwriting documents, monitor risk, and support product partners in cross-selling
