Position Responsibilities: Perform core settlement functionality for the trading business, reviewing and validating costs associated with payables and receivables entered by front office. Ensure payments are executed and received in a timely fashion. Work with internal trading desks to resolve pricing and operational discrepancies. Assist treasury functions with timely cash up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and communicate with trading desks regarding payment status Prepare and reconcile overdue receivable reports for trading desks. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Perform ad-hoc analysis and other job-related duties as assigned Participate in special projects impacting Finance Department.
Position Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
  • Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, and maintain confidentiality

Compensation: This position can expect between $60K-80K annual salary, plus medical, retirement, and insurance benefits. It may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
