As a Financial Systems Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial systems analysis and operational initiatives within a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure compliance with financial standards. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness and integrity of financial operations for our clients.Key responsibilities include:Supporting financial systems analysis and operational initiatives Analyzing financial workflows, reporting, and system functionality Assisting with documentation and stakeholder coordination Supporting financial compliance and reporting efforts Required Qualifications: 5–8 years of financial systems experience U.S. citizenship Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing financial systems analysis, including evaluating workflows, reporting, and system functionality Experience supporting financial compliance and reporting efforts Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Experience with enterprise financial systems/ERP (such as Oracle, SAP, Momentum, Workday, or Deltek Costpoint) Experience with reporting or BI tools (such as Power BI) Experience supporting federal financial environments Familiarity with federal financial management standards and guidance (e.g., OMB guidance, Treasury reporting processes, federal financial controls/compliance practices) Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups to gather requirements and support documentation for financial systems work Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off + federal holidays Fast-track growth in a high-accountability culture
