About the role

We’re looking for a highly organized Product Development Coordinatorto support our Product Development team in the beauty industry. This is a hybrid role focused on administrative support, sample management, trend research, and project coordination.
What You’ll Do: Manage inventory, product master room, and samples (ship, receive, swatch, and test formulas) Gather social listening insights and consumer feedback on new launches and summarize findings Research trends and create visual presentations for packaging, formulas, and shade inspiration Maintain and update product master logs and formula submission trackers Support PD team with product sample requests for photoshoots, retailer meetings, and urgent needs Assist PD Managers with purchasing, swatching, and organizing color benchmarks Track and organize samples from vendor presentations and maintain a tidy PD room Take detailed notes during meetings and provide recaps Perform general office tasks including shipping, filing, organizing, and ordering supplies
What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of Product Development experience, ideally in color cosmetics Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Why You’ll Love It: Hands-on experience in product development for beauty brands Opportunity to contribute to trend research and new product launches Collaborative team environment with hybrid work flexibility
