If this community is not the right fit for you, our recruiters will talk to you about all of our exceptional career opportunities.As a Community Manager, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for our residents and potential future residents while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community.You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.We're Excited to Meet You!
