About the role

Leading forecasting quality and capacity planning in a multichannel contact center environment, the full-time Senior Forecast Planning Analyst will ensure accuracy and strategic alignment of forecasts while providing data-driven insights to support leadership and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end multichannel forecasting, including model development, maintenance, and performance tracking Translate forecasts into actionable capacity plans, incorporating staffing requirements and operational constraints Monitor forecasting performance and provide visibility into risks and opportunities through KPI tracking and reporting Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Experience in forecasting, workforce management, capacity planning, or data analytics Proven experience supporting forecasting processes in a contact center or operations environment Familiarity with core forecasting concepts such as trend analysis and seasonality Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation
