About the role

Dematic seeks a Director, Learning & Strategic Capability Building to translate business strategy into a multi-year capability roadmap, skills architecture, and targeted learning investments. You will design, build, deliver, and measure multi-modal learning sequences across the enterprise. You will lead a team, partner with IT and operating units, and ensure learning initiatives drive measurable business outcomes while embedding future skills into daily work and talent practices.
