About the role

AfterShip is seeking a Senior User Researcher to lead end-to-end research for post-purchase product areas, translating how merchants and shoppers work into clear guidance for product, design, and leadership. You will partner with Product, Design, Product Marketing, and Engineering, reporting to the Manager of User Research. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the United States and occasional collaboration across Asia/Europe.
