About the role

Executive Assistant, Marketing & Sales Chicagoland Our client, a Midwest-based premium food manufacturer is seeking an Executive Assistant, Marketing & Sales to support its SVP and the broader commercial team. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond calendar management and puts you at the center of how the team executes.
What you'll do: Manage calendar, travel, expenses and communications for a senior commercial executive Plan and run trade shows and large sales meetings, including venues, vendors, booth logistics and team travel Support marketing budget administration, including POs, invoicing and vendor setup Coordinate materials, timelines and deliverables across marketing and sales Handle confidential information with discretion What you bring 4+ years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting executives Event planning experience, including logistics and vendor coordination Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to juggle shifting priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of professionalism Details Primarily remote, with periodic in-office days in greater Chicagoland Occasional domestic travel for key meetings and events Full-time, with a competitive salary and benefits
