Key Responsibilities:
Miter Saw Operation: Safely operate a Miter Saw to create precise crosscuts and angled cuts in wood Table Saw Operation: Safely operate a Table Saw to create precise cuts Ability to Read a Tape Measure: Ensure that wood is measured correctly and accurately Sorting Parts: Ensure parts are sorted accurately Assembling: Assemble pieces of wood
Skills and Experience
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Technical Skills: Strong basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure with precision.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours) and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Reliability: A solid attendance record, reliable transportation.
Experience: Previous experience with woodworking, hand tools and tape measure.
