About the role
Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Performance Leader for its Hayward, CA site to guide the plant Operations Team of about 25 personnel, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
You will share accountability for site goals, participate in site leadership, and back up the Production Leader when needed. You will lead investigations, drive discipline, coach staff, and collaborate with HR, Labor Relations, and Union leadership to maintain operational excellence.
