About the role

Rondo Energy seeks a Head of People to lead the global People function as the company scales across commercial, engineering, manufacturing and project-delivery operations. Reporting to the CFO, this role develops and executes the global people strategy and creates a cohesive employee experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and beyond.
