About the role
Role Informatics Engineer supporting digital laboratory solutions at Lilly's new Medicine Foundry, focused on integrating and validating key lab IT systems to enable manufacturing and clinical development.
Responsibilitieslead design, configuration, and validation of LIMS, LES, ELN, and CDS platforms
ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11
develop IQ, OQ, PQ protocols
oversee data integrity and audit readiness
support system deployment and upgrades
collaborate with global IT and laboratory teams
uphold regulatory and GMP standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related
5+ years supporting lab informatics, with experience in LIMS (Lab Vantage, Lab Ware), ELN (Benchling, Signals Notebook), and analytical systems (Empower or similar)
working knowledge of CSV, GMP, and electronic records
strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferredcertifications in ITIL or cloud technologies
familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data integrity frameworks
High-ValueGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, lab automation, validation, regulatory compliance, hybrid work location in Indianapolis/Lebanon, IN, with a flexible work model.
