What we're looking for:
We need trade partners who take as much pride in giving our clients a great experience as they do in their craft. Quality work matters, but so does showing up, communicating clearly, and treating every job site and homeowner with respect.
Our standard: Quality. Honesty. Integrity. That's not just a motto: It's how we run every project, and it's what we expect from the partners we work with.
Why partner with Volpe:
We're expanding, which means steady, growing volumes of work for trade partners who fit our standards
Clear job scopes and professional project management support
A company that invests in long-term partnerships, not one-off jobs — as we grow, our best partners grow with us.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
