About the Role:
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Social for the North American region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the social strategy, content, and channel performance to drive brand growth across various social media platforms. This senior leadership role involves close partnership with global social leadership on strategic priorities and executive-level initiatives, as well as serving as a key regional leader within a high-performing global social organization. Key responsibilities include owning the North America social content calendar and channel strategy, leading a regional team, managing a multi-million-dollar creator and influencer investment portfolio, and overseeing regional initiatives focused on viral content, full-funnel activation, and creative and influencer performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in social media or digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a people leadership role. Agency-side experience is required, with a preference for those who have supported large, social-first consumer brands. The role demands deep expertise in influencer and creator marketing, including budget management and external partnerships, as well as a proven track record in scaling branded social content for commercial impact. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams across the United States and Canadian markets, strong cross-functional influence skills, and a background in consumer products, direct-to-consumer, retail, or consumer technology environments. The VP, Global Social will also be responsible for crisis response, social listening, and reputation management, and must be adept at establishing clear operating models and ownership boundaries with adjacent functions.
