Creative DirectorShabby Fabrics is a worldwide leader in the quilting industry, known for original design, exceptional quality, and broad global reach. Our visual content is seen by millions of makers around the world, including over 20 million monthly views on Pinterest alone.We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead and elevate all visual output for our brand. This is a hands-on, in-person leadership role based in Post Falls, Idaho, working closely with a collaborative team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographers. This role is responsible for maintaining and elevating Shabby Fabrics' current brand position, ensuring every visual asset is on brand, strategically aligned, and executed at the highest possible caliber. The ideal candidate brings exceptional creative judgment, deep technical expertise, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead creative direction and visual standards across all brand assetsWork in person with a team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographersOversee photography, graphic design, and visual storytelling from concept through final deliveryEnsure all visual output is cohesive, premium, and unmistakably on brandMaintain and elevate Shabby Fabrics' established brand presence and industry leadershipStay current on social media platforms, trends, and required sizing and formatsEnsure visual content performs at scale across platforms, including high-visibility channels such as PinterestMentor, teach, and correct team members as needed to elevate overall creative outputUphold uncompromising quality control with a relentless pursuit of best-in-class visual assetsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver polished, strategic, and impactful visual contentRequired Skills & QualificationsFluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically: PhotoshopInDesignIllustratorLightroomBonus: Familiarity with Adobe PremiereAccomplished professional photographer with strong expertise in: ProppingLightingCompositionColor correctionDeep understanding of visual branding and storytelling at scaleProven ability to maintain and elevate an established brandStrong leadership skills with the ability to teach, mentor, and guide creative professionalsSelf-starter with exceptional attention to detail and uncompromising creative standardsApplication RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must submit:A cover letterA resumeAccess to a portfolio showcasing relevant workPractical Skills AssessmentSelected candidates will complete a practical exam demonstrating proficiency in:Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsPhotographyPropping and lightingColor correctionCreation of polished, finished graphicsThis is a rigorous, high-impact, on-site leadership role for an experienced creative professional who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is motivated to produce the highest-quality visual assets in the quilting industry—maintaining and advancing a brand already recognized worldwide.
