Responsibilities:
Meet with families to arrange and conduct funeral and memorial services Prepare and embalm decedents in accordance with state and federal regulations Coordinate visitations, services, and graveside ceremonies Complete required documentation and compliance paperwork accurately Maintain preparation room standards and equipment Participate in removals on an on-call rotation Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer (North Carolina license required or ability to reciprocate)Strong communication and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings and participate in on-call rotation Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality
