About the Role: We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Facilities & Safety Administrator II to support facilities operations across multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Process purchase orders and facilities invoices✔️ Coordinate vendors, contracts & preventive maintenance✔️ Support workplace safety initiatives & Safety Committee activities✔️ Manage employee access, badges & security audits✔️ Coordinate office moves, furniture & space changes✔️ Maintain facilities, safety & vendor documentation✔️ Support CMMS, access control, visitor management & other facilities systems✔️ Provide backup support for mechanical maintenance as needed
Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in facilities, operations, procurement or related field Experience with CMMS, access control, visitor management, CCTV or similar systems Workplace safety/Safety Committee experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors⭐ Preferred: Multi-site corporate experience, OSHA/NFPA knowledge, vendor/contract management, office moves, ERP/procurement systems, or OSHA 10/30, FMP or IFMA SFP certification.
