About the role

Director of Sales, ISO & Agent Channel Remote (US) · Full-time · $120,000-$150,000 base + variableTLDR; An established US acquirer is building its ISO and agent bank channel from scratch, and is two hunters in. Both are signing. The CRO wants a third. This is not a book-management seat. There is no inherited residual stream, no partner list to farm, no free-terminal program to lead with. You get a territory, a modern processing stack, and direct access to the people who can say yes. What you'll own Sourcing, signing, and activating new ISO and agent bank partners from a standing start Structuring the commercial terms yourself: revenue share, residual mechanics, program structure Getting partners productive after signature, not handing them off at the contract and walking Working directly with Risk, Underwriting, and Product on what partners actually need to board volume Who this is built for 5+ years in merchant acquiring, payments, or channel, with ISOs or agent banks you've personally signed and can name Comfort with acquiring economics: residuals, buy rates, splits, what makes a partner profitable and what makes one expensive Someone who sources their own pipeline. If the last three years ran on company-generated leads inside a mature program, this will feel like a step backwards Credibility in both rooms, with a bank's leadership and with an agent salesforce Terms$120,000-$150,000 base / 300K+ OTERamp credit through your first two quarters so you're not carrying a full number while you build Remote, with travel to partner events and industry shows Health, dental, vision, 401(k)The honest part The channel program here is early. Some of the tooling a big shop would hand you is still being built, and you'd be building alongside it. That's the trade. In exchange you're not the twelfth person on a channel team, you're the third, and the partners you sign are the ones the program gets designed around. If you've built channel with a lighter toolbox before and liked it, this will make sense to you immediately. Apply here, or message me directly if you'd rather have a conversation before your name is anywhere.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
