Job Overview Assurance – Audit Associate at Siemens. Hybrid role located in Atlanta, GA, Plano, TX, or Iselin, NJ. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $107,520.00/yr – $155,680.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus, 15% incentive target of base salary Responsibilities Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment and develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy. Design and lead comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks. Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization. Foster innovation and develop digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in collaboration with the data analytics team. Lead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement. Lead by example in challenging environments, coach and mentor fellow team members by sharing expertise. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience at a large accounting or consulting firm with exposure to publicly listed companies. BS/BA or higher degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance. Fluent English with the ability to read, write, speak, and interpret documents. Willingness and ability to travel 30%, including internationally/domestically. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s/MBA degree and CPA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is highly preferred.
