Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Credit Representative to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $53,000 to $58,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities: Manage billing processes, accounts receivable workflows, and collection strategies to ensure timely payments. Review and process cash postings, applications, and reconciliations accurately. Interpret and present financial data in a clear and actionable format for internal stakeholders. Handle construction payment cycles and manage lien documentation for compliance. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and ERP system skills. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex financial tasks. Communicate clearly and professionally with professionals at all organizational levels. Adapt to changing priorities and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work independently and take initiative to meet deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting or credit-related experience. Possess knowledge of billing processes, tax implications, and credit evaluation principles. Exhibit exceptional accuracy and organizational skills in managing high-volume transactions. Display ability to negotiate effectively and resolve issues promptly.
