About the role
SWBC PEO is seeking an entry-level HR Generalist to support payroll, onboarding, and employee relations across a portfolio of communities. This on-site role collaborates with corporate HR, field teams, and leadership to ensure accurate payroll data and smooth onboarding experiences. You will gain hands-on exposure to HRIS systems, payroll processes, benefits, and policy administration while collaborating with regional leadership and site teams.
