About the role

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Director for the LPC campus to lead multi-site EHS teams, build robust management systems, and drive a proactive safety culture at scale. You will partner with engineering and facilities, own KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance (EPA/OSHA/State), and guide training, audits, and incident prevention across sites in Oregon. The role requires leadership, strategic thinking and strong communication across all levels.
