We are growing and looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representativeto join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to work withpre-qualified, company-provided leads —no cold calling required.
What You’ll Do: Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions Present and sell water treatment systems Build trust and provide a high-quality customer experience Manage and follow up on leads provided by our marketing team Schedule Pre-set appointments provided (no prospecting required) Typical workload: 40–50 appointments per month Availability required for evenings and Saturdays No Sunday appointments
Compensation & Benefits: Top performers earn $150,000+ annually Base salary + commission during training Transition to uncapped commission structure Bi-weekly pay
