About the role

Were looking for a fun, warm, reliable part-time nanny/babysitter for our 2-year-old daughter and baby boy. We would love someone with an easygoing, energetic, big-sister vibe who genuinely enjoys little kids, playing outside, reading, going for walks, and jumping into the chaos of toddler + baby life! We live on a small horse farm in Monmouth County and have two dogs, including a friendly, high-energy Lab, so being comfortable with animals is a must. I have a flexible work schedule and will often be in and out, so some days you'll be an extra set of hands and others you'll have the kids more independently! Looking for consistent weekday help, with occasional date nights or extra hours.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
