Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for staff Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence Support team members with various operational needs as required Other duties as assigned.
