About the role
- Arrive at work on time and follow all time in/time out policies of the company.
- Perform all assigned jobs per work order instructions.
- Notify supervision if work instructions are not available, accurate or complete.
- Keep work area/shop organized and picked up as required.
- Complete all required time sheets and work orders each day.
- Notify management when problems occur with equipment
- Responsible for knowledge and adherence to all ERP procedures as regards production assembly.
- Responsible for knowledge and adherence to, and promotion of quality policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible for adherence to and promotion of maximum safety standard, ensuring personal and fellow employees' safety by adhering to company safety rules and procedures.
- Responsible for adherence to applicable ITAR
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
