Position Summary:
The Receptionist / HR Administrator provides a welcoming and organized front office experience while supporting day-to-day office operations and selected Human Resources activities. This role serves as a central point of contact for visitors and onsite employees, coordinates office services and meeting logistics, and provides reliable administrative support for HR, training, employee engagement, and Dallas-based recruiting activities. The position handles sensitive employee and business information with discretion and follows established security, safety, and recordkeeping procedures.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in office administration or Human Resources is a plus. Prior experience in reception, office administration, HR administration, or a comparable customer-facing support role preferred. Professional and courteous communication skills, with the ability to assist employees, candidates, visitors, and vendors. Sound organization and follow-through; able to manage recurring tasks, competing requests, and time-sensitive logistics. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools; ability to learn phone, meeting, shipping, and HR systems. Careful handling of confidential information, employee records, checks, and audit documentation. Ability to perform routine office tasks, including standing, moving supplies, setting up meeting spaces, and handling packages within reasonable workplace requirements.
