About the role

Charter Senior Living is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to support occupancy growth across our communities in Illinois and Wisconsin. This remote role covers the Remote IL or WI area, with a pay range of $90,000–$110,000 per year. You will drive occupancy growth through relationship-based selling, manage inquiries, conduct tours, and support community sales teams with training and best practices to ensure a welcoming, high-quality resident experience.
