Senior Oncology Account Specialist (SOAS) Position focuses on promoting Pfizer's oncology portfolio, educating healthcare providers, and improving patient care quality.
Responsibilities: Engage with key accounts. Develop strategic plans to increase product demand. Build relationships with KOLs and institutions, particularly in breast cancer therapeutic areas. Assess customer needs, overcome access obstacles, and leverage digital tools for effective communication.
Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience (8+ years) with a minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience; successful track record in sales or HCP engagement; strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and digital proficiency. Preferred 3-5 years of oncology-specific sales experience, especially in breast cancer, and experience calling on institutions and NCI centers. SkillsStrategic account management.
