About the role

Crusoe is seeking a Sustaining Engineering Leader to own how Spark performs after deployment. You will manage fleet reliability, field issues, configuration, obsolescence, and the ongoing design changes that keep deployed units performing for their full service life. You will start as the single-threaded owner and build the team as the fleet grows, with a focus on FRACAS, failure review, and post-release governance.
