Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Boat Prep and Driver to join our team at Long Lake Marina. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving and hauling boats, moving boats on/off property, cleaning boats, yard cleanup, retrieving boats, installing shrink wrap, removing shrink wrap, and delivering customer's boats while ensuring outstanding customer service. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence. Responsibilities in the Fall Retrieve boats customers dock/hoist or ramp. Remove leaves and other debris to prep for storage. Safely operate delivery vehicles, tractors and forklifts to transport boats Provide excellent customer service during haulouts by notating any questions or concerns. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety. Assist techs with routine tasks. Responsibilities in the Spring Retrieve boats from yard and storage facilities. Remove and dispose of shrink wrap materials along with rodent deterrent. Clean boats. Prep boats for delivery. Fuel boats. Visually inspect boats for lighting, damage and other concerns prior to delivery. Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport boats to customers. Launch boats at different lakes and ramps. Drive boats to customer's hoist or dock. Secure boat on hoist or dock. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by notating any questions or concerns.\nCompany
