Responsibilities: Implement therapy interventions in accordance with the physical therapist's plan of care. Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately. Support patient education initiatives and facilitate home exercise programs. Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising physical therapist. Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards throughout all interactions.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Possess an active state PTA license or have the ability to obtain one.
