Opportunity for Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! EdenPath ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and grow into clinical leadership! You'll start hourly, working closely with our practice management consultant to help set up and optimize our CentralReach system from the ground up. You'll take on a small caseload of learners as we build out our client roster together, giving you hands on time with families and treatment plans. As your caseload and tenure grow, you'll transition into the full time Lead BCBA position, with the salary, benefits, and leadership scope that come with it. It's a real opportunity to shape the clinical program you'll eventually lead. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives Take the next step in making a meaningful difference as a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!
