Tourneau | Bucherer in New York's Rolex Flagship is seeking a Service Client Advisor to deliver a luxe client experience across intake, estimates, and handover upon service completion.
You will be the main liaison between clients and our technical team, guiding timelines, warranty terms, and post-service benefits while maintaining an elegant service counter.
With deep product knowledge and polished communication, you will anticipate client needs and uphold Rolex standards in every interaction.
