Job Title: Sanitation Technician Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location: Kings Mountain, NC Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Schedule: Rotating 10-Hour Day ShiftWeek 1:Thursday 12:00pm to 12:00amFriday 8:00pm to 6:30amSaturday 8:00pm to 6:30amSunday 8:00pm to 6:30amWeek 2 Thursday to Sunday 8:00pm to 6:30amJob Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand and work for 10-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work with Steeled toed shoes
  • Ability to work in a non - climate controlled environment
  • Ability to work in a strong odor environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing, Sanitation experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
