About the role

Higharc is hiring an Applied Research Engineer to turn spatial AI research into product-ready capabilities for homebuyers and builders. You will own the applied side of the workflow, training models, building pipelines, and delivering a component that meets latency and cost constraints. Join a Platform R&D team shipping from research to product, with emphasis on scalable pipelines, MLOps collaboration, and mentoring researchers and interns. This role is remote with US Eastern hours.
